Licensed pharmacists will be available via chat or phone to assist with all of your pharmacy needs, whether you're looking for ways to save money on your prescriptions, have questions about your medication or coverage, or need help getting prior authorization.

You can use Rightway for free! Your account is ready to go, just follow the steps to the right to get started.

1. Activate your Rightway account: Download the Rightway app in the Apple App Store or get it on Google Play.

2. Connect with your health guide through the Rightway app where they can...

  • Explain your coverage and help you find the most affordable option.
  • Discuss your medications and advise on how to manage any possible side effects.
  • Help with prior authorizations, specialty medications, refills, or mail order prescriptions.
  • Contact your provider's office to request an alternate medication on your behalf.
  • Connect you with a Rightway pharmacist, you can perform a comprehensive medication review and answer your questions.

  • If your current pharmacy (local, mail-order, or specialty) is in-network with Rightway, you won't need to take any action to continue receiving your medication there. Simply use your new ID card the next time you refill your prescription.
